Each member contributes unique skills and perspectives, united by a shared mission to uplift children in Kenya in order to create meaningful lasting changes. Their tasks are entirely volunteer driven, every team member donates their time, talent, and heart, receiving no compensation for their service.

Their selfless dedication is the driving force behind our programs and the inspiration that moves our mission forward. Born in Tampa, Florida, Valeria brings creativity, innovation, and a strong passion for storytelling to our mission. As a college student pursuing a degree in AI Marketing, she applies cutting-edge strategies to elevate the Foundation’s outreach and impact.

Through her generosity of time and talent, Valeria helps amplify the Foundation’s message, connect with our community, and inspire teenagers around the world.

Myriam
Vargas

Project Manager

Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Myriam Vargas is the heart of the Foundation, driven by a deep sense of compassion and a lifelong commitment to helping others.

Myriam built and led a successful business in the transportation industry, guiding countless truckers through regulatory requirements and compliance challenges. Defined by a deep commitment to problem-solving, service, and community support, she brings that same passion to the Foundation; overseeing projects, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring every effort creates meaningful impact.

Rodriguez

Director

Victor is an Argentine entrepreneur born into a humble family in the interior of Argentina.

Guided by faith in God, he has built a life driven by purpose, perseverance and service.

Through his life journey, Victor has founded and led companies across Finland, Uruguay, Argentina and United States. His experience has shaped a deep conviction: that opportunities are infinite, that personal responsibility is essential and that each person has the power to dare, to grow and to transform their reality.

Alex Vargas

President

Alex, born in Bogota, Colombia has built a successful career as an entrepreneur in the insurance industry, where his dedication, resilience, and leadership shaped his professional journey.

Motivated by gratitude and a deep commitment to service, Alex pours his time, experience, and heart into uplifting children in Kenya. His belief that every child deserves opportunity fuels the Foundation’s mission and inspires those around him.

Ramon Rosado

Life Coach

Ramon, born in Hartford, CT dedicated over 20 years of service to the State of Connecticut, working in the Juvenile Detention Center under the Court Support Services Division (CSSD).

Currently works for Hartford Public Schools as a Behavioral Technician.

Motivated to support adolescents with behavioral challenges, he assists students in developing problem-solving and time management skills to help them excel in their education.

He felt a call to create something more sustainable for these young adults. This is why he established the program dedicated to empowering youth as they transition into independence.
